JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
JOB DUTIES:
Ensuring that the Human Resource department is organised and operates smoothly to attract hire and retain employees.
Must be able to represent company at community and recruiting events.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Provides secretarial support by entering formatting and printing information.
Maintains quality services by following organisation standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Sound Computer and administrative Skills.
Multi-tasking Skills.
HND/BSc Degree in any Relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Organisational and Time Management skills.
