We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Direct Sales Partner Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Contract (Twice Weekly) JOB DESCRIPTION The duties & responsibilities are not limited to the following; • To market the company’s products which includes lands and housings • To prepare a proper sales report to superiors through scheduled reporting pathways • To organize face-to-face meetings with clients, cold calls and emails to potential clients • To continually maintain positive relationship with existing clients to retain business • Schedule and conduct site inspections and follow up • Close sales REQUIREMENTS • Real Estate Marketing Experience • Ability to convince • Digital Marketing skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Dogged, Rugged and determined to achieve results ATTRACTIONS • Remuneration, commission, performance based incentives, • Can be hired as full time employee after 6 months of high performance
