Job Requirment

Responsibilities - Take responsibility for leading consulting engagements that help our clients articulate transformational strategies, identify, design, and implement creative business solutions ? Identify changes and recommend solutions that will typically involve a combination of customer, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence outcomes ? Manage the day-to-day effort and work of the delivery team ? Lead workshops and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong and clear communication skills ? Take responsibility for delivering high-quality deliverables and outcomes for our clients ? Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools and thought leadership papers ? Undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits ? Support a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring colleagues as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact

 

 

Requirement - A minimum of a Second Class Upper degree ? A Master’s degree is an added advantage ? A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following industries: financial services, technology, FMCG, telecoms, or management consulting ? Experience in at least one of the following strategy consulting areas: strategic growth, operational and performance improvement, digital strategy, or other relevant strategy experience ? Good understanding of digital and emerging technologies ? Demonstrable experience leading project teams is a critical requirement ? Strong people management and development skills ? Ability to plan, structure and prepare client-ready deliverables ? Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems ? Excellent facilitation and presentation skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Very good proficiency in MS Office suite is essential
